In this Pop- Up, discover meditation and daily mindfulness practices to help you stay calm in times of chaos and uncertainty. Experience short practices that you can integrate into your daily life, as well as a guided meditation. There will be time for reflection/journaling, and discussion.
Bring a journal (or you can purchase one in the lobby), sip some tea, and share your experiences (optional). All levels are welcome!

Come join Lianne with a fun hands-on experience of gentle Japanese acupressure done over the clothing as we explore the pathways associated with liver and gallbladder meridians and the energies of spring.
Experience the uplifting and calming effects of simple shiatsu, designed to enhance your energy flow and promote a sense of well-being. Lianne will teach you along with a friend/friend or join up with a fellow student from our community. Come with a small hand towel and wear loose, comfortable clothing. (leave the yoga pants at home!)

Learn the basics of hula hooping – yes, even if you haven't touched a hoop since grade school! – and discover the sassy, empowering moves of belly dance.
Think less "dance class" and more "joyful movement playground." We'll laugh, we'll learn, and we might even drop a hoop or two (it's all part of the fun!).
